Return
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return request.
Please note that products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error, and any items returned more than 14 days after delivery, are not eligible for return.
Please be aware that the cost of returns must be borne by the customer.
Refunds
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. However, you will receive a coupon code with no expiration date, which you can use at any time.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us as soon as possible so we can set aside the item for you, as our stock is often limited. As soon as we receive the return of your previously sized item, we will ship out your new item.
Please note that we cannot generate return labels for customers outside of the US.
